THIS IS IMPORTANT!! Winners of the Challenge is based on overall transformation, not just weight loss, and not just aesthetic improvement. It takes into account athletic improvement which means ALL CHALLENGERS must attend the benchmark and put in the best effort possible in order to show how much their fitness has improved as well. Last year, Rami impressed upon the judges when he leaped from being no 10 best to number 1 and scored the best times on both the Benchmark and the Mile.

VOTING

This year, the voting will be done through the OBC HQ Facebook Page at HERE. Stay tuned at this blog on how to promote the voting to your friends and family.

Stay tuned for more updates!!! HOOYAH!!

The good news is you don't have to fret anymore! Car Bengkel, a local app set up in collaboration with the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI), aims to help motorists survive this ultimate road challenge.
