It is amazing how sporting, fun and creative recruits at the Chief's Original Bootcamp (COBC) can be. It is equally awesome to see the effort made by instructors to make sure their recruits are having a stupendous moment working out and achieving the desired result.

If there was an award to be given for the scariest instructors at all platoon in conjunction with the training theme, then I am sure it will go to Corporal Azmir and Lance Corporal Lian at the Ampang Dusk Platoon.

To foster the training theme, Corporal Azmir did not just dressed-up according to theme but he issued out various war cries to all recruits in his platoon. He also prepared Halloween Props and brought along treats to get the energy flowing.

The Halloween workout was organised in conjunction with the the Chief's Original Bootcamp party theme for the 3rd year anniversary party which will be held on 10th November 2013 at the Bravo Italianies, Damansara Perdana.

While working out has always been exciting and fun, the training theme seemed to spice it up even more.

There is nothing better than to end the day with a good workout and a sporting team of recruits.

Looking for a reliable car workshop is not an easy feat in Malaysia. Many car workshops are known for overcharging and providing poor quality parts.

The good news is you don't have to fret anymore! Car Bengkel, a local app set up in collaboration with the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI), aims to help motorists survive this ultimate road challenge.
