Whats cooking this weekend? Yes, a bootcamp beach session in Penang, our regular Long Slow Distance (LSD) running and.. err.. a Three-In-One high tea birthday celebration for Melor Edina Pahamin (26 February), me!!! (1 March) and Nawal Aini Zulkifli (4 March). This was shortly after spending two nights of birthday celebration for Dad (23 February), first being a doa selamat and a family Karoeke session! The CHIEF'S ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP (COBC) in Penang ended the February session by holding its 12th session by the beach and if you are an MC12 recruit at any of COBC 35 platoons at 7 locations, you were all welcome to workout by the beach... that usually ended up with a beach party!!!!

We had the pleasure of having journalist from Kwang Wah Yit Poh with us to party at the Penang beach after an excruciating a funtabulous workout. There were no picture during the beach workout but post-workout........ see for yourself!!

Oh.. Heaven!!!!

'Of course I want!!", said Yazlin GM while Stella Baake and Micaela Soyza eating!!

Not forgotten.. a fellow comrade's birthday!!!

We all MAKAN till the last drop!!!

While Penang comrade are having fun.. COBC in KL enjoyed our 5th LSD at Bukit Aman. The distance to clock for this weekend was 10km, 12km and 15km!!! Those running this morning that was organised and led by COBC Celebrity runner Ilyanna Aylin Ayob and Rose Emini Pahamin were Maslina Ahmad Ismail, Ryan Wong, Affiq Zakie, Sheikh Hisham Iskandar, Ali Rahimi Ferdosinezhad, Umesh Narasimhaiah, Stella Baake, Thomas Baake, Stephanie Chong, Angela Loo, May Lyn Wong, Micaela Soyza, Viki Lim, Shear Ling Toh, Azim Alias, Yum Kin Kok, Sarah Tan, Dalyn Nunis, Monica Fung, Advance Tan, Lilian lee.. and shoot.. I forgot the lady recruit in light blue and black vest below.. There were more than 30 COBC runners this morning but somehow, there were less pictures taken.. weirdo.. what happen to camwhoring?

With a strong passionate support and encouragement, everyone's aspiration and dream can be achieved!! Thus far, this year,  every day and week were spent fruitfully and to the fullest, this year will definitely be a good year... especially with a community that share the same passion in MAKAN, WORKOUT & LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!

The good news is you don't have to fret anymore! Car Bengkel, a local app set up in collaboration with the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI), aims to help motorists survive this ultimate road challenge.
