CHIEF'S FINAL 3RD TRIAL SESSION AT DAMANSARA HEIGHT

22 April 2011 was the CHIEF'S ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP's final trial session at Damansara Heights. The first session saw many recruits being introduced to various forms of workout. The second trial session introduced recruits to some of the 'toys' used while working out and today' s session was the orgasm of the trial! We introduced them to the Battling ROPES... and supposedly TRX.. but it was too muddy and flooded for TRX that we had to give it a miss.

Spotted at the final trial session at the Damansara Height platoon was Bandar Utama Susperstar 'Leg' John Chuah!!! and the regular kiasus... Chan Meng Yam, Shear Ling Toh, Lizza Abdul Rahim, Noraa, Shazu Sabri, Ryan Wong, Fareen, yada yada... The balance 40s were all newbies

The platoon was divided into three section namely Alpha, Bravo and Charlie. Alpha went with Corporal (OBC) Nawal, Bravo with Corporal (OBC) Tom and Charlie with Sarge Dann. Team Alpha, Bravo and Charlie are rotated from one instructor to the other for at least 3 sets.

Spotted at the trial, JEFFERY WONG.. big man with a big heart who is running the 100km Singapore Sundown Marathon to raise fund for charity or specifically All Women Action Society. I blogged him at HERE.

It is good to see Jeffery Wong training at the CHIEF'S ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP in his nobble deed for charity. I hope EVERY RECRUIT at the CHIEF'S ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP (or anywhere) support Jeffery to raise fund by donating at HERE.

or the least you could do, is to shake his hand and congratulate him for his good deed... of course a big huge hug would be good but VIKI LIM would probably kill me. Dont be jealous yaa... :-p
