CHIEF'S FRIDAY MADNESS AT BANDAR UTAMA ALPHA & BRAVO PLATOON

We ended the last session in April with the FRIDAY MADNESS!!! A war cry was issued late yesterday for everybody to gather at Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) park for a high intensity explosive workout.

This was to spice up our workout, burn mega calories and to give our poor field at Bandar Utama BU3/1 a rest.  Everybody gathered as early as 5:30am for a scheduled battle at 5:45am. Everybody was so excited to be working out under the moon light... err or maybe under the street light. TGI Friday??? OMG it Friday Madness!!

The platoon was divided into Team Delta with Sarge (OBC) Dann and Team Seal (and Ranger) with Corporal (OBC) Nawal & LC (OBC) Wan.

While the Delta running for their life... The Seals with Corporal (OBC) Nawal & LC (OBC) (P) Wan were in total darkness.. but I managed to use the flash to catch who joined the 'Mek Stalling Bandwagon'.

Although blinded by the darkness, no one STALL!!! Waaaa..

Since no one stalled, Corporal (OBC) Nawal had to give grunts as part of training??? So stall or otherwise, still kena Grunts lar...

By the time the session ended, it was already day time... and bravo platoon was seen gathering awaiting for their turn.

Lizza Abdul RahimIt was hell of a "up the hill" training with COBC-BU-Alpha, PLUS the carrying sandbeg-packs & riffles, and the TABATA, and the sprinting up the hill with the equipments. Fuuuhh...quite a mouthfull! BUT I SURVIVED! HOOYAH!

HOOOOYAH!!!!

This will be made a precedent. From next month, we shall do a more regular off-site workout.

This article was first published at Says.com by John Lim (On behalf of CarBengkel team, thank you John & Says.com)

Looking for a reliable car workshop is not an easy feat in Malaysia. Many car workshops are known for overcharging and providing poor quality parts.
Image via Auto World Remember the last time you were overcharged for a repair? Yeah, me too.
The good news is you don't have to fret anymore! Car Bengkel, a local app set up in collaboration with the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI), aims to help motorists survive this ultimate road challenge.
