Nothing is more important than some surprises to juice and spice up our morning routine especially if we intend to maintain the momentum in climaxing at every alternate morning workout. A lot of time were spent to understand the needs of every recruit and alot of effort were invested to make sure everyone reach the point of no return at the end of every session.

To commemorate the end of December monthly workout in conjunction with the New Year, we brought to Malaysia the Alpha Strong Sandball (ASS) all the way from the United States of America especially for the use of recruits from the CHIEF'S ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP (COBC). The COBC is the first to import and use the ASS in Malaysia and Bandar Utama Alpha platoon was the first to break the ASS virgin. Ewww that sounds wrong.  The platoon was all excited to see the new Toys.. If there was the most voted feedback on our online feedback form at HERE.. then it must be the request for new toys!!  We hear ya... and now you have it!!

The workout with ASS was preserved for the senior Delta for now. The intensity and strenuousness was heart throbbing. I was unfortunate to be partnered up with LC Ridz whose brain rejected any  vocabulary that contains the word tired, exhausted, give-up etc etc.. As a result.. there were alot of 'Soundtrack' that came out from me that sounded like.. err.. uwaaa.. uwoooo.. aaaaa.. eeeee... the soundtrack was more prominent with Kuda Mas at one end and Dr Malek Aziz on the other hand.. with mostly unheard of 'music'.

How did we like the surprises? Yaa.. we love it!

Since its the last session before the New Year, everyone gathered for a final camwhoring!!

Recruits of all walk of life pose for the last time before departing into the new year..

Angela Loo.. the Minah Rempit of COBC..

The year 2011 at the COBC ended with a big humongous HOOYAH!! Until next year, stay fit and stay tuned to COBC!!!

There is no better birthday gift for a father whom already have everything from love, jeweleries, cars and wealth but a nice short autobiography blog to say that he is always being remembered, we are very proud of him and also for his next many generations to remember him by. Of course, a prayer for his eternal happiness and health too. This birthday write-up is from a son whom owes everything to a father that asked for nothing, except to see his family united and happy. We always love you..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY... though abit belated.

His full name is PAHAMIN ABDUL RAJAB. The 3rd in a sibling of 5; the eldest is a sister Bidah binti Abdul Razak, then Allahyarham Mahadi Abdul Razak (picture on right), Datuk Noordin Abdul Razak, my father and Hashim Abdul Razak. PAHAMIN ABDUL RAJAB was born on 23 February 1946 in Kampung Badak, Bachok Kelantan. Looking for a reliable car workshop is not an easy feat in Malaysia. Many car workshops are known for overcharging and providing poor quality parts.
Image via Auto World Remember the last time you were overcharged for a repair? Yeah, me too.
The good news is you don't have to fret anymore! Car Bengkel, a local app set up in collaboration with the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI), aims to help motorists survive this ultimate road challenge.
