COBC 4/12: THE PROPOSAL

We all know that various people joined the CHIEF's ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP for various reasons. It ranges from losing a challenging weight and fat to becoming competitive athlete in various fields from national gymnast, divers, runners to car racing. We have comrades whom joined us (and is still with us) to look their best for their wedding and we have comrades whom could barely walk for 10km and had never dream to run races but are now an avid runner. Recently, Rose Emini Pahamin, Viki Lim, Nyna Mohsen and Jeffery Wong conquered the BMW Berlin International Marathon!!!


and Of course, they were in Malaysia News!!


and another group of comrades conquered the River Kwai marathon last month in September!!!


Congratulation John Chuah, James Fong, Chan Meng Yam, Lilian Lee, Noor A. Othman, Joannita Zaleha Yusoff.

 We also have many recruits whom joined us (and still strong with us) to conquer the Mount Kinabalu and yes recently another group conquered the highest peak in the South East Asia. Join us in Congratulating Lorrine C. Xavier and Colin Chong Wern Loong.





Our fellow comrades in recent weeks had participated in the Australia most recognized 8 Week Challenge weight lost program and when it comes to sharing dietary food.... yes.. they had a blast!!! PICNIC STYLE.. OUTDOOR.. at training field.. after a good training session!!!


Everybody has their personal target and mission on why they join the CHIEF'S ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP..... the COBC is not just a platform to realize our dream but it is also about a passionate community that knows nothing but to live their life to the fullest!! I am just so overwhelmed when I hear the news yesterday that a fellow comrade did not just celebrate his birthday at the COBC after a good workout session, but he also proposed to his girlfriend to marry him!!! the first bootcamp proposal.... Wowww.. CONGRATULATION JOEY RAJAH & CHI YAN LI.

Now that is what we call a unique, lifetime memorable moment to cherish!! Thinking of which.... haaa.. my proposal was the best hahaha... now lets not get there.

The fourth session for the month ended with a big huge Hooyah & hugs to Joey Rajah!!!and also to Rose Emini Pahamin, Nyna Mohsen, Viki Lim, Jeffery Wong, Colin Chong Wern Loong, Lorrine C. Xavier, John Chuah, James Fong, Chan Meng Yam, Lilian Lee, Noor A. Othman and Joannita Zaleha Yusoff.!!

When Pahamin was born, the registrar misread the arabic writing and wrongly recorded into romanised typing as Rajab instead of Razak, hence the diff…

This year marked an important year for PROTON having celebrated its 25th year anniversary and MAYBANK's 50th year anniversary but more importantly this year is also my parent's 40th year anniversary, my elder sister Chempaka Emalin & Azhar Sulaiman's 15 year anniversary, Mine's 10th YEAR, my sisters Melor Edina & Rhiza Ghazi's 10th Year and Dr Teratai Edithy & Shazrul Azwa Asari's 5th anniversary.
