We seldom break our diet unless it is for some food that is worth eating and the moment we discovered one of COBC recruit has a Nasi Lemak stall daytime cum Waffle at night, we could not resist but to lend our stomach support. The stall owner is none other than Chief's Original Bootcamp BU-Alpha recruit Rashidah Rdzwani @ Deda Ridzwani. Her stall was located at quite a popular spot in Plaza Damas at Ajidon Alley. Ajidon Alley was once our favourite eating-pot for my favourite Mee Rebus Tulang which is only available every Friday!! My bil Azhar Sulaiman and Mohamed Rhiza Ghazi whose office are both located ad different block in the same area were regulars there too. Azhar Sulaiman once, had a stall at Ajidon Alley selling.. err.. keropok lekor I think? My fellow Proton Edar dealer Rashid's wife too once has a murtabak stall there!! Now that we know Deda's stall is also at Ajidon Alley, we would frequent the place even more often.
Excited, after a good run at TTDI Lake on Tuesday morning, Nawal Aini Zulkifli, Rose Emini Pahamin and me headed straight to Plaza Damas with evil intention to spoil our diet with Deda's Nasi Lemak. Our evil thought backfired when Deda's stall is only open at 10am... and we weere there at 9am. Unperturbed, together with Dr Malek Aziz, Farhanah Bamadhaj, Shamsul Adnan, Nawal Aini Zulkifli and Rose Emini Pahamin, we attacked Ajidon again at 1pm and ...... we committed the worst sin.. we had Nasi Lemak ayam Goreng!! The Nasi Lemak.. is not so lemak.. on brown rice (feel-good-factor) and it taste so wonderful and the sambal.. Woww.. I can salivate just thinking of it... the Ayam Goreng was hot and spicy.. very berempah and it was served almost instantly.. good customer service.
Whether you are a hawker or stall owner like Deda Ridzwani and Kenny Lock Heng Weng or a lawyer like Jeffery Lim, a Pub and restaurant owner like Viki Lim, celebrities like Daren or Ruzana Ibrahim, Boutique owner like Pooi Ching Khiew, company secretary Norliza Mohd Khaled or a biker like Raja Affandi Jamaludin.. Once you are with COBC, you have the whole battalion behind you!! Now.. where else are we dining?
