THE ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP @ BANDAR UTAMA

BANDAR UTAMA

.
The ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP is coming to BANDAR UTAMA in JUNE.....

WHAT is the Original Bootcamp? For more details.... read the ORIGINAL write-up click HERE.

WHY is the Original Bootcamp so special? Because the PROGRAM was designed from 19 years of Outdoor, Group Personal Training experience, researched and improvised for maximum gained by combining the ATP, anaerobic and aerobic level of conditioning all in only 1 hour of workout, three times a week!!!

I have been training with the Bootcamp for 8 months now... my partner Dr Malek Aziz, was a pioneer member since July last year... we were HOOKED and KEPT coming back and now, we are training at our own centre @ Bandar Utama.

WHO can join? The program was designed to cater for couch-potatoes and/or athletes whom aimed to lose weight, improve their health as well as improve their athletic performances...

Both Dr Malek Aziz & I are cancer survivor. I had Leukaemia (1990) and Dr Malek had  non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (1993). We all know the importance of exercising and taking care of our health BUT we still fail to constantly and consistently exercise... until we join the Bootcamp!!!

WHERE? There are already 3 locations already open at Padang Merbuk, Padang Astaka and Subang Jaya and 3 more new locations soon to be open by JUNE but my center is at BANDAR UTAMA. For more information on BOOTCAMP @ BANDAR UTAMA, see: www.bootcampmalaysia.com

Surrender yourself to me... I mean the program now for ONLY RM299 per month.... and you will not only look younger but will feel younger.... If WE, cancer survivors and Dr Malek Aziz being 58 years old can do this... so can you!!! Click HERE now for address & MAP, FREE-TRIAL Period, SESSIONS TIME etc...

This article was first published at Says.com by John Lim (On behalf of CarBengkel team, thank you John & Says.com)

Looking for a reliable car workshop is not an easy feat in Malaysia. Many car workshops are known for overcharging and providing poor quality parts.
Image via Auto World Remember the last time you were overcharged for a repair? Yeah, me too.
The good news is you don't have to fret anymore! Car Bengkel, a local app set up in collaboration with the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI), aims to help motorists survive this ultimate road challenge.
